Do you have a parking lot near by?

There is a paid parking lot located on the basement level of the building, available for customers arriving by car. After parking, please take the private elevator directly to the salon floor.
Before proceeding to the elevator, use the intercom and say, “I have an appointment at the hair salon, unit 216.” Security will then unlock the door for you.

Can I get a head spa treatment if I have hair extensions?

Yes, it is possible to receive a head spa with extensions. However, please note that we may not be able to provide a full scalp massage, which may reduce the effectiveness of the treatment.
For best results, we recommend visiting the salon without extensions.
If your main goal is to cleanse the scalp—such as with a microbubble scalp cleansing—we can provide that service. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any concerns.

I have redness or itching on my scalp. Can I still receive a head spa treatment?

If you are experiencing redness, itchiness, or any noticeable scalp issues, we recommend consulting with a dermatologist before booking a treatment.
If you visit the salon before seeing a doctor, we will check the condition of your scalp. However, if there is a risk of infection or any concerns regarding your scalp health, we may need to decline the treatment for your safety.
In such cases, we cannot offer a refund for any prepaid tickets, but you will be able to use them at a later date.
Please also note that if you do not inform us of your scalp condition in advance and we determine on the day that the treatment cannot proceed, it will be considered a same-day cancellation.

Can we rent out the salon for a bridal shower head spa experience?

Yes, private rental of the salon is available for bridal showers.
Each head spa session lasts about 30 minutes, and with two beds available, guests can enjoy the treatment one by one.
You're welcome to bring and set up snacks and drinks while others are receiving their treatments.

My child wants to try a head spa. Is it possible for young children to receive the treatment?

Yes, it is possible.
We have welcomed guests as young as 8 years old at our salon. Scalp cleansing can be very beneficial for children as well, helping to maintain a healthy scalp and hair growth.
We are happy to welcome young guests of all genders.
Please note that we do not offer special child pricing, so the regular rate will apply.
